At the start of every new year, we’re encouraged to consider what we want to change or make better about ourselves and our lives. It’s a time to make resolutions. A “resolution” is defined as a firm decision to do or not do something.
With just 8% of those people who set resolutions being successful with meeting their goals, it’s no wonder more and more people are giving up on even considering what they might want to improve in their lives. Why bother if we're just likely to fail anyway?
But what if the idea of a New’s Year’s Resolution was reinvented? This circle will offer an alternative idea to the traditional concept of setting resolutions, helping you to create more positive change and growth in your life in 2019.
Things to note:
The room we use for the session is used by another group prior to us having access. We will wait in the lobby and move in to set up chairs when they are finished. Please don't arrive too early to avoid congestion.
If you like taking notes, bring a journal and pen.
Also bring some cozy slippers or wear your fanciest socks as we will leave our shoes at the entrance.
If you prefer an alternative payment method to Paypal, send me a message and we can sort it out.
