Learn to meditate through Sahaja Yoga meditation class. Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation which focuses on raising the Kundalini energy within us. We are all born with the Kundalini energy but it remains in sleeping state until it is awakened through meditation. Once awakened it nourishes our 7 energy centres popularly called as Chakras.The benefits of meditation are plenty but the obvious ones are improved concentration, relaxed mind and body etc. It's absolutely free of charge. I have 10+ years of Sahaja Yoga meditation. You don't need to bring anything to the class. Just ask at the reception and they will guide you.
