Earth & Self Love Alliance is a space for individuals to come together to discuss and support one another on the road to greater sustainability and concious living in our day to day lives. Earth & Self Love Alliance believes that as we become more aware of the impact our choices have on the environment and all creatures that inhabit it, a space for increased self love emerges. This is not a political driven movement, but a place for individuals to come together and create a loving and supportive environment where we can all work towards a more concious existence.
Join us in the park to chat about each other and our group, eat (BYO picnic lunch & beverages), and recreate as we enjoy beautiful (we hope :) spring weather. Bring a "yard game" to share and your friends/family if you would like!
We plan to meet north of the war memorial and on the west side of Baseball Road just south of the big parking lot with the maintenance building.
This will be a fun opportunity to connect with other members, nature and also learn about wild edibles that grow along the trail.
Cress Creek trail is an easy hike, it's only 1.1 miles long and half of it is paved. Bring water and proper shoes/clothing.
The trailhead is about 3 miles NW of Heise. If you want to carpool (curbing emissions is great!), post a message either asking for or offering a ride.
Hope to see you there!
