WHY YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS LEAVING $$$ ON THE TABLE & HOW TO OUTPERFORM MARKET
WHY YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS LEAVING MONEY ON THE TABLE AND HOW TO OUTPERFORM THE MARKET: DANA DUNFORD, Co-Founder Hemlane.com Moguls, We are packing in some serious content into our next event with some great presenters and serious topics. Property Management – Solutions using current technology All real estate investors at some point have to deal with property management, whether they self manage or whether they hire property managers. I am thrilled to have Dana Dunford, Co-Founder of Hemlane.com. A San Francisco based property management startup with an incredible insight into both technology and real estate. Property management is a jack-of-all trades position. You need to be a good salesperson (tenant acquisition), lawyer (lease contracts), accountant (finances), operations guru (day-to-day operations), and maintenance coordinator (repair requests). Most people can’t do all of these things well - they are only good at one. Whether you have one or 100 rentals, Dana will talk about how to strategically set yourself up for success with your cash flow. Dana will provide key insights into what you never knew about the operations, how to outperform other real estate investors, and why you should think about property management as a unique competitive advantage in your strategy. Raymond Rodriguez (District Manager with First Republic) and Miguel Andrada: Strategies to deal with Student Loan Debt. Student loan debt burden has been in the news a lot lately. Raymond and Miguel are going to talk about strategies to deal with Student Loan debt. As always, we will have great networking and deal making. This is where members find capital, deals, partners, education and so much more. When: August 23rd (Thursday evening) at 6:30PM to 9:00 PM. What we're about

The enactment of Title III of the JOBS act will make equity crowdfunding explode in 2016. In short, equity crowdfunding means that anyone can invest in a company in exchange for equity. Equity is no longer reserved for 'accredited investors', so we want to know - How will this impact the world of startup investing? Will this drastically change the entrepreneur's search for capital? We hope to discuss the exciting impacts of equity crowdfunding, and the JOBS Act, with a focus on best practices for investors and entrepreneurs. Discussions will be led by local experts with plenty of time for networking and open discussion. Please message us with any ideas for topics or speakers!
