SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION

The dynamic men and women who have inspired humanity across the ages, have been enlightened by Truth. Truth is universal and eternal and resonates in the hearts of all people throughout history. It is the enlightened Truth that motivates us to seek our higher self and create a better humanity. But how? How can we reach this goal? How did these great men and women have access to this enlightened Truth? How can we?

First, we need to acknowledge the reality, the existence of The Divine Power that has created all life, has evolved all life and must have provided, for human beings, a means to know the Truth. Are we ready to seek the Divine, not just external relationships, material possessions, useless knowledge, and/or meaningless experiences? Our worldly searching has proven unsuccessful. Logically, the answers to accessing this eternal and universal Truth must lie within us.

And it is precisely within us, as revealed by many great saints, poets, artists, pphilosophers, and scientists, that lies the answer- a force, a power, an energy, that awakens within us our higher self, our pure spirit and it’s nature: absolute truth, untainted joy, divine diplomacy, and unconditional love. The time is upon us, by the Grace of Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, The Divine Mother, to experience our innate capacity to discover our full potential, our higher self, our own divine nature, and know the Truth.

Shri Mataji travelled the world sharing the inner experience She refered to as Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Sahaja (“spontaneous’) Yoga (“union”) Meditation (“peace and silence”). It is a spontaneous experience on our central nervous system that gradually guides us toward balance, health, self-knowledge, and our connection with the Divine Power. In hundreds of thousands worldwide, Shri Mataji awakened the innate energy that resides in the sacrum bone. People of every faith, race, nationality, and lifestyle have experienced and continue to experience the benefits of their own awakened inner energy. It is this awakened spiritual energy that enlightens us from within, connects us to the source of truth and helps us to become peaceful, balanced, joyful. THIS IS THE TIME for people of every walk of life, to realize their inner potential and welcome the advent of a world of women and men that are guided by compassion, virtue, and love.
