Let's be Mindfully Happy!
This is a mindfulness meditation group for everyone - with nothing in particular to believe in except perhaps ourselves. Each session is different, exploring different areas of life and how mindfulness can help us face challenges and find joy in the everyday.
There are a couple of guided group meditations and a talk on the subject of the day. I have been running these drop-in sessions for over three years and many of the members find this a great way to keep motivated with practice and reconnect with the great energy of meditating in a group. There are usually 20 + of us, We are a warm & friendly bunch and hope you'll find the sessions an enjoyable experience, wherever you are in your mindfulness journey you are very welcome to join us.
