Let's be Mindfully Happy!

Life is better when we are mindful, awake and aware!

This is a mindfulness meditation group for everyone - with nothing in particular to believe in except perhaps ourselves. Here I will post information on our drop-in meet ups as well as courses (beginners, refreshers and advanced insight).

Each drop-in session is different, exploring different areas of life and how mindfulness can help us face challenges and find joy in the everyday.

At a drop-in there are a couple of guided group meditations and a talk on the subject of the day. It's a great way to keep motivated with practice and reconnect with the great energy of meditating in a group. There are usually 20 + of us, We are a warm & friendly bunch and hope you'll find the sessions an enjoyable experience, wherever you are in your mindfulness journey you are very welcome to join us.
