  • Advanced Mindfulness For Insight Course - 6 Weeks - week 1 of 6

    • What we'll do Advanced Mindfulness For Insight I absolutely LOVE teaching this course, we dive deeper into meditation to explore our own understanding of self and the nature of reality and work to develop a strong sense of grounding. Our main prerequisite is a keen desire or intention to know more about who you really are. This course is a culmination of years of study I’ve undertaken into Zen practices and I am incredibly excited to be bringing you this new material, suitable for those who have completed a previous course with me or alternatively an MBCT or MBSR. Previous participants have, absolutely, come to their own truth of who they are - possibly the most exciting, brave and brilliant things we can do.   • Open Air Midsummer Mindfulness

    Woodland Gardens in Bushy Park TW11 0EW

    I hope that this finds you well, and that you are free to join me for a pop-up open air mindfulness meditation session this week. This Thursday is Midsummer, the weather is lovely so I'd love you to join me for the beautiful experience of group meditation outside. Please bring something to sit and lay on - a rug/picnic blanket/mat and or cushion or a camping chair and wear whatever is temperature appropriate. The weather man is telling me it's due to be another warm dry day on Thursday, so if you can tear yourselves away from the World Cup for an evening do come join me. Please arrive around 7.15pm to get parked & settled, we will be starting our mini-meditation at 7.25pm... The park gates don't close until 9pm but the security who look after the Woodland Gardens have asked us to be finished up in there by 8.30pm, hence the slightly odd start time. The suggested donation is £10 on the night, but open to all. Do feel free to bring along any guests you would like to, as long as they have some basic knowledge of mindfulness and a willing to give meditation a go I would hope they would really enjoy it. It would be great to know if you intend to come just so I have an idea of numbers, so if you can RSVP below that's great, however booking is not essential so just turn up if you need to. The turning is on the left hand side when driving in from Hampton Court or on the right from Teddington and is signposted. There is plenty of parking.
