One of our talented Physical Therapists, Renee Hodges, has graciously agreed to give up her time and conduct a clinic for EVR about properly stretching and strengthening. She has agreed to conduct a clinic to demonstrate, and help us learn different stretches and strengthening excercises that can make us stronger runners. This will hopefully keep us off of her physical therapy table. The clinic will last 60 - 90 minutes and we will follow it up with snacks, drinks and pizza. She suggests bringing some sort of mat, like a yoga mat, that we can use while we learn her recommended excercises. This is a great opportunity for everyone, especially injury proned runners like myself, to become better runners. Thanks Renee!
