Track Workout at Mesquite High School

We will begin the workout, at 5AM, with about a 1 mile warmup followed by strides and then the weekly speed work.  After the speed portion we do a 1 - 2 mile cool down.  You ccan cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week.  Lead the pack, run the track!

    Thanks Heather! For my late October marathon program I am scheduled to run 3 one mile repeats with 40m rest intervals. As always you can run any workout you want on the track.
