Friday Tempo Run (5:00AM)

Tempo runs are widely considered a critical part of training
plans for any race distance.  The workout
consists of a 1.0 mile warm-up, various distances at pace, and then a cool-down. 
All workouts are easily scaled by distance
and/or speed

We meet at the SE corner of Ray & Cooper (the former Albertson's & Coffee Bean).

    This weeks suggested workout is a warm up and cool down as usual. In the middle throw in 5 miles at a tempo pace about 20 seconds faster than your target marathon pace. As usual you can tailor the workout to your needs or training plan. Have a great run!
