Tikkun Olam Midrash Study and Discussion

After a lively discussion that sprouted from Creation but progressed in a multitude of directions, we decided to focus on tikkum olam and social justice during our next meeting. A special emphasis on "the stranger" and perhaps the Jewish ethics with regard to our current immigrant policy was also suggested.

All are welcome! Bring your ideas, questions, midrash, favorite Torah passages, most confusing Torah passages - whatever ignites a desire for learning and discussion within you!

As usual a great; deep and mentally stimulating time. I really like the strong opinions of the other members, it challenges my own mind to consolidate my thoughts in a clearer and to the point manner.
