Ananda Group Meditation 9-10 am Free! NOW Every Sunday Morning!* *If a holiday lands on a Sunday this meetup may be cancelled that day. Ananda now offers a Sunday morning meditation at East West Bookshop ALL Sundays in the month. We start with prayer, chanting, affirmation or poetry, an inspirational talk; then 40 minutes of silent meditation. Doors open at 8:50 am, and we finish at 10 am. Come experience the power of silence. We invite you to put this group meditation into your week to strengthen your practice and commitment to the art of spiritual living. Every Monday Morning - 75 min Ananda Yoga for Higher Awareness - Morning Sadhana - with Stanley Dombrowski $15.00 or $120 for class pass of 10 ($12 each) Ananda Yoga offers classic asanas with affirmations and energizing pranayam movements that will bestow physical strength and relaxation, inspiration, inner peace, and clarity of mind. FULLNESS MEDITATION SERIES Cost: $20 for a single class or $60 prepaid for all four. Free retake policy! Ananda offers free retakes for life for meditation students. If you have taken the “Learn to Meditate” class series in the past, you may take any or all of the Fullness Meditation classes as many times as you’d like at no additional cost. Students who take one or more of the Fullness Meditation classes may likewise repeat those classes at any time. Students who have taken one or more Fullness Meditation classes may also attend any of our 2.5 hour Saturday workshops for only the additional cost over what they have already paid for meditation classes.
