It's Our Third Anniversary! Wine Tasting at Caffe Boa

Come celebrate the third anniversary of the Chandler-Gilbert Wine Group! We've had three great years of fun, new friends, great wine and food, and we'll be returning to the awesome Caffe Boa to commemorate the success of our group.

Here is the food and wine line-up for our event:

*Qupe? Bien Nacido Cuvee Chardonnay/Viognier blend, Santa Maria Valley, CA
Creamy, fruity, with nice vanilla and pear, Viognier does not overpower the Chard, instead makes for a nice combination
~Paired w/ the Antipasto platter

*Rombauer Chardonnay, Carneros
Soft and rich, full-bodied with peach and apple, creamy texture with just enough oak and a lingering finish
~Paired w/ the Agnolotti Boa

*Zolo 2007 Malbec, Argentina
Big black cherry, plum, raisins, woody and with a dry finish
~Paired w/ Salciccia Contadina

*Mondavi 2005 Cabernet, Napa
Ripe plum, blackberry, raspberry and cherry, nice mouthfeel, rich with a long finish
~Paired w/ Shrimp Adriatico

*David Bruce Petit Sirah, Central Coast, CA
Fruit forward, deep dark berry and plum, rich body, soft tannins, well-balanced
~Paired w/ Voodoo Penne

The cost for this event is $28, so if this affects your plans to attend, please change your RSVP right away.

Hope to see you there!
