What kind(s) of cycling do you like: mountain, road, touring, commuting, women's, family, racing...

I used to ride a touring bike and also a mountain bike years ago. I am now eight weeks since a triple bypass heart operation and am interested in bike riding with other people, and bike riding groups that except recumbent bikes in their ranks. For a safety recommendation I recently got a Sun bicycles USX-HD recumbent bike and am currently on my first week of arriving this type of bike. I am staying on Greenways for safety and also would ride on the streets with other riders.

What level of rides do you prefer? easy, moderate, or strenuous...

Back in the day I could ride from Edwin Warner to Franklin and back a good 25 miles in three hours. And road a mountain bike at the trails in Fairview. But that good old Nashville cooking as increase my way and I am starting to ride again and with the heart bypass I did not want to take a chance of going over the handlebars if I hit a rock on a two wheeler bike so I'm trying out this recumbent bike in the hopes that I can get a good exercise and a great ride. So for now as I build up my endurance again I would like to find easy to moderate rides.
