What we're about

This group is for people who wish to improve and change their lifestyle by eating a healthier diet and improving their physical fitness.

Our team:

Omarr, Personal Trainer specialising in strength training, running and weight loss.

Laura, Sports Therapist specialising in soft tissue injuries and healthier eating.

Sessions will be held weekly and will include exercise, advice on well-being, nutrition and cooking demonstrations.

All fitness levels welcome.
