Ready to go deep to understand the way you eat, using mindfulness, spiritual practices, and The Work of Byron Katie?

Please join me in this profound exploration and investigation....to experience peace beyond all the usual troubling beliefs around food, eating and other addictive/compulsive behavior (and thinking!) about your life.

Eating Peace gatherings come in all forms and flavors (like food). You might join a 5 day immersion to study your behavior around food and eating in a deeply mindful way, you might come to a 2 hour drop-in group to be inspired to question your thinking and discover peace, or you might attend an ongoing group to explore eating behavior and stressful thoughts that "eat" at you over time.

Every kind of meeting opportunity is offered, whether a full-blown paid retreat, or a drop-in group, or an ongoing group with committed investigators who are interested in peace in this topic. It is possible to completely recover from an eating disorder, and experience peace and pleasure when it comes to eating and food.

In our shorter meetups we will identify our stressful thoughts and inquire using the four questions known as The Work of Byron Katie. We will have time to discuss and share feedback after we inquire. All you need to bring is yourself, and a notebook or journal if you like. I'll provide clipboards, worksheets, and pens.
