  • JOIN US FOR A SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE
    The Community HU Song

We invite you to join us at a Community HU Song near you.

    WHAT IS THE HU SONG?

“If you want to lift yourself to a higher state of consciousness—so that the political issues, the family issues, the social issues of the day do not throw you out of balance, so that you can find a happier, more contented life while you’re living here — sing HU, the most beautiful prayer.”

—Harold Klemp, HU, the Most Beautiful Prayer, page 58

PEOPLE OF ALL FAITHS ARE WELCOME. Regardless of your background or religion, you are warmly invited to join us in trying this simple, twenty-minute spiritual exercise. It has helped people of many different faiths experience the presence of God.

WHEN IS THE HU SONG? The Community HU Song is held at 7:00 p.m. on  every Friday at the Monterey Eckankar Center, 77 Soledad Drive, Monterey, CA, 93940.

WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE AND SOUND LIKE? Participants gather in a circle, close their eyes, take a few deep breaths, gently put their attention on their inner vision, and sing HU (pronounced like the word "hue") as a song of love, for about twenty minutes, followed by light refreshments and conversation.Singing HU opens the heart to God's wisdom and love.  To listen to the sound of thousands of people singing this majestic love song to God, visit www.hearhu.com.
