What we're about

Share one-on-one time with a Life Coach in bringing more presence into your life. All sessions are by donation (versus hourly).

Being present and conscious raises our level of awareness and life experience. The purpose of these one-on-one sessions (some events may have more than one participant) is to practice presence in gentle but affirming ways: light dialogue; nature walks; tea; stillness et al

Those who are ready and interested in bringing more presence into their daily journey should join; although friendships may develop this is not a social club in that participants must be willing to engage in presence building awareness practices in themselves for maximum efficacy and growth.

At each event there will be light dialogue (based on the teachings of Eckhart Tolle:The Power of Now / A New Earth; and others) and stillness. Specific events, e.g. nature walks and teas will also encompass a broader opportunity to practice presence.
