Eco Shamanism is about taking shamanism into the 21st century using altered perceptions, perspectives and new paradigms. One of these is 'Instinction' - an antidote to 'extinction' and falls within the area of 'regenerative cultures'. We also work with the Land, Planets and Plants and this may involve pilgrimage and labyrinths. You can find out more on the website - https://www.ecoshamanism.org.uk/index.html
We run workshops, courses, trainings and a monthly shamanic journeying group called Shamanic Sundays. Currently we're running some workshops and Shamanic Sundays online. The Sunday meeting often involves guided shamanic journeying (a little like guided meditation but includes the shamanic drum) but we might do other activities too. Beginners and experienced journeyers are welcome as the space is available for personal and community exploration. When we are able to meet at a venue we gather in a lovely converted barn near Blakeney in the Forest of Dean. There is an £10 fee. Sometimes there are too many people for the venue so if you want to guarantee you place you will need to book via the website here - https://www.ecoshamanism.org.uk/eco-shamani... Please bring a mat, blanket, eye cover and notebook and pen.
