Gamification in Education: EdTech Orlando February

Are you ready to dive in gamification in education and experience Microsoft's Hololens?

Hello EdTech Enthusiast! We're looking forward to an amazing night of demos and discussion! We hope you'll join us. If you'd like to demo your product, share a presentation, or lead a discussion at an upcoming meetup, just drop us a line with your information.

Anthony Bagsby will be presenting on gamification in education, student-centric teaching in the 21st century. Anthony is a teacher at Full Sail University and artist in game development. Co-founder of Indienomicon (Orlando's Indie gaming meetup) and CEO of the Corgi Art House. Anthony has a career in both the video game industry and education. Using the philosophy of both worlds to improve the classroom for our students through gamification.

"The holographic future is upon us." - Kyle G

The first glimpse of this comes from Microsoft in the form of its HoloLens Head Mounted Display. Essentially a pair of goggles that puts digital content in the form of holograms in your real world environment. We'll be demonstrating how it is currently being used in education.

Kyle "G" is a former aerospace test engineer who started using 3D visualizations of test data and component engineering to communicate more effectively and provide more visceral education and training experiences. Today he is exploring similar opportunities using holographic display technology like Microsoft's HoloLens.
