The Community Bots is an international program that provides robotics gear and instruction for middle school girls and their teachers in underserved and under-resourced communities both in NYC and abroad. They partner with schools and NGO's and are currently running programs in five countries.

Join us for a hands-on activity and fundraising event. The girls from The Young Women's Leadership School of Queens, a Community Bots partner school, will be teaching you - the adults - how to program and to use LEGO Mindstorms EV3 robots.

Ana Agón and Jack Cooley, veteran middle school educators, cofounded and run the not-for-profit organization, The Community Bots, in their spare time (summers, vacations, weekends). For more information go to www.CommunityBots.org.

Suggested donation: $25 at the door or click on the DONATE link at CommunityBots.org.
