A sweet vinyasa flow, this class will be a mix of learning the foundations of some yoga asanas, such as the sun salutation sequence, downward dog, and trikonasana, moving through a flow to build heat, increase flexibility, build strength and make space in the body. Each week a different area of the body will be worked on, such as the hamstrings and calves, the hips, the shoulders, side body, or back bending, allowing the full sequence to fully open and strengthen one area of the body for deeper work. Always ending in savasana relaxation. A great class for improvers, beginners are welcome, and anyone looking to get their stretch, strength and savasana on in their regular yoga practice
