Yoga Foundations is a perfect class for beginners, anyone new to yoga, and those looking to strengthen the foundations and go deeper in their current yoga practice.
Each week we will work with the breath, breath-based movement, and go over key asanas and sequences, breaking a different asana down each week as the Foundational Asana of the class, opening up different areas of the body and strenghtening key muscles in order to understand the allignment and benefits of that asana. The class will include breath work, physical postures, stretching, strengthening, some longer-hold yin postures, and deep relaxation.
