Gift yourself a healthy start in this Spring season. In this FREE 'Spring into Yoga session', we will start at beginners level. 15 minutes warm up and Pranayama, 30 minutes yoga asanas followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation.
Meetup will be led led by RYT-200 certified Yoga teacher, Vaneeta Chauhan. Venue is very near to Edison Train Station. All you gotta do is RSVP, bring a yoga Mat or you may borrow ours and show up with an open mind.
