Finding a balance between work and life needs a continuous effort and practice. This session will help in rejuvenating your mind, body and soul, and will facilitate you in this stressful journey.
We will focus on pranayama breathing, yoga asanas and restorative poses.
Meetup will be led led by RYT-200 certified Yoga teacher, Vaneeta Chauhan. Venue is very near to Edison Train Station. There will be a changing room available for you to get ready for work. All you gotta do is RSVP, bring a yoga mat or you may borrow ours and show up with an open mind.
