Join this group if you are someone who struggles with weight and/or overeating. 

If you are ready to give up dieting and deprivation to try something totally different, come try Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT, also called tapping, is a leading-edge stress-reduction technique that works quickly to reduce or eliminate negative emotions. For example, do you feel shame, guilt or self-loathing with respect to your weight? Tapping on specific acupressure points, while you focus in on the shame, guilt, or other stressor, sends a calming message to the brain that effectively removes the negative emotion. And when you neutralize the negative emotion(s) you show up differently in the world and make different choices.

Sometimes we will work together on common situations. Other times I will work specifically with one person, with everyone's supportive participation. This benefits both the individual being focused on, as well as all the participants in the room. It's called Borrowing Benefits.
