What we're about

For anyone age 18 to 80 years old who want to join a community group to get to their health goals. Whether it is to tone up, increase energy, lose weight or just for good health we have an awesome program for you! Dedicate yourself and for extra motivation and fun you can bring your friends for four weeks, three times per week . Because nutrition is 70% a part of your goals we will do a short presentation for half of the first class. You will also receive a fitness assessment to see how far you have come. After the four weeks we will have a potluck and celebration to reward those who deserve it! So if your even thinking about making some healthier changes for yourself, do it! It is hard these days to find people to help keep us motivated and feeling good. Society has a ways to go in standing up for health. We need to be the change if we want change! Come join us!
