Through small group coaching you develop more resilience and vitality, an overall sense of well-being, mental clarity and focus, improved relationships, increased composure in challenging situations, ability to handle stress more effectively, more effective communications and better co-operation among co-workers and team members using the HeartMath Building Personal Resilience program.(The HeartMath Building Personal Resilience program is only available from a HeartMath Certified Coach or Mentor). The program runs weekly for 4 weeks for approximately 1.5 hours per weekly session. Space is limited to 5 persons.
Other workshops, helping you develop resilience in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual domains, will be held during the year and could cover such topics as anxiety, anger, depression, stress, burnout, overwhelm, work-life balance, sleep issues, grief and loss, trauma.
