What we're about
This group is for anyone interested in learning yoga, or returning to the practise after a break or even a previous bad yoga experience. The classes are fun, honest, authentic and focused on you. Everyone can practise yoga. It's not about being the most flexible or keeping up with your fellow class mates, we are all perfect just as we are. Everyone's yoga journey is unique. My aim is to give you the tools to learn the correct postures. The safest ways to experience and enjoy them, without fear of injury. My wish is for you to share in my passion for yoga and this wonderful spiritual practise, to relax and calm your mind, to truly be at one with your body, benefiting from increased flexibility and strength.
