The 8 limbs are tried and true, but the way we harmonize changes as civilizations change which is why religions from around the world have adopted Patanjali’s Yoga as a science that describes how to optimize the human experience.
I'm excited to offer this online class that can be taken from anywhere you can set you phone up and join. All my classes turn I to a self study practice where I use verbal cues to teach a yoga class where you can just listen and move. I will offer demonstrations when new sequences are introduced, making this a interactive class. Have your video on, bring your yoga mat and a smile to each class.

Dive deeper into how Sound heals from the inside out, you will get an opportunity to play the bowls yourself, and learn basic sequences to play for yourself or others, in fact if you have a singing bowl, a drum, a bell…bring it!We will be having a collective sound experience followed by a educational talk, and to end this experience participate in a public Sound Meditation where you can assist in facilitating using what you have learned. Understand how to incorporate playing singing bowls in yoga class, ceremony’s, at home, anywhere really.
