Typical Locations & Days:
1) LA Fitness (Lansdowne, MD) - Mon/Tues/Wed night (8 or 9 pm) Lift & Run. Sunday boxing, when rainy.
2) Fitness 19 (Elkridge, MD 21075) - Thurs 10:30 PM night & Sat 7:30 AM early morning run.
