Movie, Munchie, & Mingle Meeting THURSDAY November 15: Miracles From Heaven
**NEW MEETUP SET FOR NOVEMBER 15** Last Thursday,November 8, we watched Maurice. We encourage people to RSVP becuse regular attendees are coming to the meetups but new people are wondering if anyone comes since the regular participants tend to not RSVP. WE HAVE HIT 205 MEMBERS of record. This week, November 15, will see the movie Miracles From Heaven, based on a true story of a young girl who is healed of a serious disease while falling out of a tree. Summary: MIRACLES FROM HEAVEN is based on the incredible true story of the Beam family. When Christy (Jennifer Garner) discovers her 10-year-old daughter Anna (Kylie Rogers) has a rare, incurable disease, she becomes a ferocious advocate for her daughter's healing as she searches for a solution. After Anna has a freak accident, an extraordinary miracle unfolds in the wake of her dramatic rescue that leaves medical specialists mystified, her family restored and their community inspired. ( https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4257926/plotsummary?ref_=tt_ov_pl ) PLEASE Bring some snacks and / or beverages to share if you would like to. (I have no talent in the area of snacks and beverages). There is no charge for this event, no money is exchanged. The regular attendees have begun to really enjoy each other's company and look forward to seeing the others at these meetups. We strongly encourage you to come out and check out this awesome group. We have our own motto: Let's put some feet to the street and actually meet. That is what the "meetup" concept is all about. Step one: turn off the computer. Step 2: get into the car, or walk, or ride a limebike and actually arrive and meet. See you THURSDAY, November 8. Do come out! What we're about

Yay! Finally, a fun and friendly social group for the whole community. Let's get together for joyful conversations in an uplifting and supportive atmosphere.

Meet cool people, have some laughs, and make new friends. That's what we're here for.

What we need to decide is what portion of our "group" will develop into an on line conversation group here, and what portion of our activities will be in physical meetup events.

Everyone is welcome to participate. Hopefully we will have active participation of people from every sexual orientation and every gender expression. There are no limits and we are inviting people from the entire spectrum of human interaction. Whoever you are is perfect and we look forward to meeting you! Some people want to move past the traditional labels including, but not limited to; gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, transsexual, intersex, genderfluid, hetero-flexible, asexual, agender, cisgender, heterosexual, str8, two-spirit, nonbinary, androgynous, and whatever else is on the horizon!

We hope to make it a weekly event, depending on attendance, etc.

We are hosted by Ray Of Hope Church, the FIRST church in Central New York State founded and consistently supported by the LGBTQIS Community for 35 years. Our social group is just that, not a worship group, not a prayer group, or a Bible study group. If in discussions spirituality comes up we certainly will enjoy the conversation. If it never comes up that is fine too. This group is for everyone regardless of personal beliefs. Persons of every faith and spirituality or no faith or no spirituality are always welcome here. Our emphasis is on serving the community in all its variations, and we are committed to bringing people together for peace, love and compassion.
