Join us in downtown Austin to learn Ember.js! We meet at Galvanize campus (http://www.galvanize.com/campuses/austin-2nd-street-district/) in the 2nd street district.

This month's lineup is:

Joe Wroten, A11y First, and Everyone Wins

By putting accessibility first, we can achieve a far more composable, intuitive, and testable product.

Joe is an edge-riding web tech architect aimed at realizing the best tools to communicate valuable information to the people who need it.

There will be plenty of food, drinks and enlightenment. We'll migrate over to the Trifecta (http://trifectaaustin.com/) for an informal social event after the night's talks.

We'd like to give a big hug to our venue sponsor, Galvanize, for hooking us up with a super sweet downtown location. We're incredibly excited about the space!

Lunar Collective

Lunar Collective is sponsoring our Meetup subscription this year. They can help you build awesome things. Check them out at https://lunarcollective.co.

Austin Fraser

Austin Fraser is who keeps you fed with pizza and tacos when you come out to EmberATX. If you're a developer who is seeking a job you'll love, check them out: https://www.austinfraser.com.

You can park in the Galvanize building for $5. We also recommend taking public transit, looking for street parking, parking in the surface lot at Guadalupe and 3rd, or using the City Hall or Violet Crown parking garages.

How to find us in the Galvanize building

Take the elevator to the second floor to check in at the front desk. They will direct you to the correct lecture space.

We'd love to hear from you!
