Come and dance for fun, wellbeing, interaction, to let go, free your mind, explore your creativity, self-awareness, acceptance, personal growth or healing. Everyone is welcome regardless of culture, gender, age, shape, experience and fitness. There are no steps to follow.

WHAT IS THE 5RHYTHMS PRACTICE ?
The music guides and connects you to your energy flow by following your breath, listening to and allowing your body to move freely in its unique rhythm at its own pace. Dance by yourself or with others if and when you want to. The practice follows a continuous cycle which represents facets of ourselves and life itself through the energies of ‘Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness’. Each rhythm is a gateway for you to spontaneously explore your individual expression and movement and be true to your body, heart, mind, soul and spirit.

TIMING
Doors open 7.00pm, doors close 7.30pm
• Warm-up music starts 7.00pm. Please take responsibility for giving yourself time to arrive, settle into the space and warm-up
• Class starts 7.30pm-9.00pm,
• 9.00-9.30pm optional chill & chat over healthy hot drinks & nibbles

PRACTICALITIES
• Free parking, disabled access & facilities
• Keep hydrated : bring a water bottle with you
• Wear loose layered clothing that you feel comfortable in
• We are dancing on a sprung wooden floor. Bare feet are preferable : alternatively soft shoes or trainers

PAYMENT
• To support the growth of this new 5Rhythms community in Milton Keynes, I am offering the first class free and thereafter a free class whenever someone introduces a new dancer to the class.
• Drop in, pay at the door, cash only or pre-register
• Sliding scale: Please give with integrity & honesty

o Buy a 6 sweat pass and receive a free sweat
