Did you know that when we are ready to change, we start to become really uncomfortable in our current situation? We don't like the way we feel in our bodies, we don't like what we see in the mirror and we don't agree with our habits.
Just like when a lobster begins to grow, it no longer feels comfortable in its shell. That signals the lobster to find a safe place and shed it's current, uncomfortable shell. Then it stays in that safe place until it forms a new, custom shell that fits; and then it's ready to go back into the world, beautiful and powerful. This is much like what we experience as well. When we are uncomfortable, it's a divine signal whispering to us that we are ready for change.
