I am a wellness teacher with a background in nutrition/cooking (ex-chef of 15years) and wellness for over 10 years. I specialize in teaching people how to overcome their fears and anxiety through practical and "user friendly" methods. Its one thing attending a session with a healer and feeling great for the rest of the day only to wake up the next morning fighting the same battle and feeling lost once again. The spiritual and nutritional side of things are based on many years of experience, trials and errors that include but are not limited to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), eating for anxiety (dealing with the over production of cortisol levels) and various mental practices to keep you going. I myself had a chronic anxiety disorder which I systematically healed through various forms and avenues. Below is a framework of what I'll be teaching. I'd love your help to refine my research and teachings. If you allow me, I'd love to work closely with you for the next 6 weeks post this workshop to track your healing and assist in coaching you on your path. How fear, stress and anxiety translate and affect our bodies physically How to tell the difference between anxiety driven thoughts and real threats to ones well being How to tune into your calm, peaceful state of mind even during times of turmoil and chaos How to reshape our thoughts with daily practices outside of workshops/counselling sessions and to keep motivated to stay in this space Identifying blockages and healing them.
