What we're about

Emotional Training is a group for all of us who want to gain more emotional skills and be more emotionally healthy, and to do so in a way that is highly practical and efficient.

I have been building different tools for emotional skills for the last five years and I want to share them with you. Such tools include Emotional Self-Defense, Emotional Fitness, iFeelio, and many more micro-tools.

I envision a world where we work with emotions to bring people together instead of fight against them and tear our societies apart.
