What we're about

Self-identified women who meet each week on Sundays at rotating locations to work on healing from trauma as a result of sexual assault, sexual violence, domestic violence, and related issues.

The group will always adhere to a zero-tolerance policy with the expectation of confidentiality, kindness, and respect.

Weekly topics will change depending on feedback from other group members but the sole focus will follow a loose schedule of:
Individual check ins, a group discussion, followed by a structured activity aimed at self-care and self-empowerment.
Activities may range from free-writing, to art projects, discussion of specific topics, to yoga or mindfulness exercises. The goal is to build a community of female survivors, who empower themselves and each other through active listening, collaborative conversations, and diverse self-care techniques.

A Weekly Topic will be posted every Wednesday, with the group meeting every Sunday at 5:00pm.

Members might meet outside of these times, with the hope that bonds and friendships will form over time. Please join us and contribute to a community of strong, courageous, and inspiring women!
