For those who are seeking to transform their lives, we meet together to Empower You to Heal. In Body, Mind, Spirit, & Relationship. If you have a strong desire to grow and experience an integrated, meaningful life, this is the meetup for you. We study and practice meditation, metaphysics, and spiritual healing. During the past 11 years our class series have included The Four Agreements, Radical Forgiveness, The How of Happiness, and numerous class series on prosperity, New Thought, Holistic Healing, and healing prayer.

How To Find Your Why- your mission in life This Week- "You want to be what....?" Share your Why statement with the group for supportive feedback and potluck dinner. We can all learn from each others' life stories? By understanding the themes and emotions of our stories you can discover ourmission in life and become persistently focused and effective in carrying out that mission. This week we celebrate our life stories. You CAN change your life, the lives of those around you, and even the World by finding and acting on your Why. ______________________________ This new class series is based on Simon Sinek's books: Start With Why and Find Your Why. During this class series you will learn: - Why it is so important to discover your Why - How to discover your Why- step by step - How to live your Why on a daily basis - How to share your Why with the World Please join us! _____________________________ We usually have the same class format each week: 1. Mediation - We spend this time to focus on going within calming the mind, balancing our breath and finding equilibrium together. 2. Review- Very briefly we go over any material that we covered the week prior. 3. New Material - We go over new lesson for this week 4. Questions - We take this time to answer any questions anyone may have about the topics at hand. 5- Announcements - Self explanatory here we go over any announcements for the week. 6. Prayer (Optional) - we set aside some time for those who would like to be prayed for.
