What we're about

This is a group for queer asian women who are seeking conscious connection and empowerment tools to discover healthy relationship, freedom of expression, power in sovereignty, and sexual liberation

This is a platform for co-created curated events to further conversations about the intersections of LGBTQ+ experiences and Asian American and Pacific Islander identities.
This is a conscious group looking to better themselves through the lens of connection over competition.
This is a discussion board for us to transition out of sexual shame, trauma, fear, and confusion and into sexual liberation, emotional balance, and radical self acceptance

The work of intimacy, consciousness, sexual liberation is a radical act and a giant “fuck you” to white supremacist patriarchal capitalism. Let's take up space with our bodies, share what's in our hearts, and celebrate our sexuality!

It starts with you and how invested you are in your own growth and healing.

This community is here to support your growth.

PRINCIPLES:

RELATIONSHIP TO SELF:
This group will help you unlock the unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness required to stay connected to our soul and to our heart.

RELATIONSHIP TO YOUR REALITY:
This group will help you access your multidimensional beings outside of any paradigm or constructs of "shoulds": what your parents expect you to be. It will help you access your BEING versus your DOING nature.

RELATIONSHIP TO INTIMACY
This group will help you identify your relationship to yourself and better communicate your feelings towards your partner in a way that feels totally aligned, authentic, and real. Identifying your boundaries and desires is a core component of this work.

Sounds good?
Great! Let's meet up!!

Queer Asian Womxn Circle: Authenticity and Truth Telling

3630 Telegraph Ave

$15.00

Queer Asian womxn unite! A bi-monthly support group designed to connect and further conversations about the intersections of LGBTQ+ experiences and Asian American and Pacific Islander identities. We welcome you as you are. Inclusive to genderfluid, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, non binary, and trans folx. This womxn's circle is an intimate gathering where we reflect where we have been and discover and integrate new blueprints that serve who we are becoming. This is a container for truth telling and sacred witnessing, celebration, healing and transformation. The intention of this support group is to bring us out of our busy "lone wolfing" minds and share matters of the heart while bringing us back into our body. To practice naming the sensation and not the story. Claim your seat in the circle as we come together united and unpack your relationship to ALL PARTS OF YOU. ------ Author William Shutz, in The Truth Option, states that communication of truth makes for interpersonal richness. To fully present ourselves to each other, "and to have the most satisfying human relations, we must be both aware and honest" The field of unlimited creativity is always available when we are connected to our authenticity. In this week's circle, we will identify our relationship with authenticity and truth-telling. Some questions to consider: - Where are you along your path towards living and expressing your authentic truth? - - How can you see truth-telling and vulnerability as a strength and use it to access deeper states of creativity and intimacy in your connections? - What are some statements that carry no blame or judgement that you wish you could say and also hear from your loved ones? - How can you have more directness and integrity in your communication and align your truth with proper choice of words, intonations, and intention? Come explore shamelessly and discover new perspectives while listening to others and being heard in all of your glory. Meet other fellow queer asian folx and feel into the healing expansive vibes of what can be organically cocreated and expressed within our relational ties. ------ Some guidelines: * Sharing in circle is optional. Share as much as you want. Share for YOU and not for anyone else. . * What is spoken in the space is held in confidentiality. Ask for consent if you'd like to share publicly (pictures/shared lessons ) * Sharing isn't just limited to words. Share in whatever way you feel like, i.e. dancing, undulating, shaking, animal noises.. You have permission to embody your emotions during your process! * There is no expectations. Just presence. When others share, please be present. Presencing and being a witness to others sharing their voice is sacred and powerful medicine * Please arrive promptly by 7 PM so as not to delay Circle * Tea and light snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring some snacks to share. ------ SCHEDULE 6:30: Come hang out, mix and mingle 7:15 - 7:30: Guided Meditation 7:30: Sharing Circle 8:45 - 9:00: Embodiment Integration Exercise 9:00 - 9:30: Mix and Mingle and SELFIE! ------ Cost: $15 Will not turn away for lack of funds. ---- ABOUT THE FACILITATOR Tiffany Lin (she/her/they) is a sacred sexuality healer, ecstatic dancer, tantric body worker, and intimacy activist. QUEER ASIAN POTLUCK CLUB: Breaking Generational Cycles

Queer Asian Womxn UNITE! QUEER ASIAN POTLUCK CLUB is a monthly intentional potluck dinner series that nourishes mind, body, and soul. Nourishment: Eat delicious foods Connection: Authentic relating circles with a theme Movement: Move, dance, shake, cuddle, play Connect and meet other queer asian womxn in a conscious setting. Learn about yourself and others through our collective shared stories. Lean into the edges of "not so surface level" conversation and allow the uncomfortable emotional process-y feels to emerge. Celebrate how far you've come in your journey with dance, movement, and conscious play and touch afterwards! It's pretty intimate. Safe first and foremost. Authentic. Fun. Laughter. Tears. Joy. Vulnerable. Grief. Reflective. All of the things. Everything is welcome here! ---- This upcoming theme is BREAKING GENERATIONAL CYCLES YES. We will be going into the depths of our ancestral, cultural programming that we've had no choice but to carry on from past generations before us. In our CONNECTION exercises, we will be sharing what are the current generational cycles and patterns we are in the midst of healing and breaking free from. To give you a couple: - Passive aggressiveness/avoidance/production/performance rather than communicating feelings and emotions - Respecting "elders" just because they are older and accepting everything they say even if its hurtful ("you've gained weight") - Being a strong woman means you keep all of your emotions inside and don't cause a scene- building a high tolerance for disrespect - Sacrificing your own dreams for the sake of family - "What will people say or think?" How perfect Thanksgiving is around the corner right?? Our families have left a significant amount of imprinting on how we give and receive love. How we feel empowered to share what's in our minds and in our hearts. How we feel stifled or controlled in our own internal power, expression, and creativity. Join us to reflect and come to honest terms where you are in your journey. Play connection games designed to build self acceptance and gratitude for you and your familial relationships. Share and discover ways to feel empowered in self while staying in right relationship with family. Build the rightness and acceptance within YOU before you see your family and be able to fully BE in your body while sharing GRATITUDE for all that they've given you with all that they had. -- So bring your favorite dish and meet some new friends! You can come as early as 6:30 PM and leave as late as 10 PM. Message me if you have any questions. -- About the Facilitator: Tiff (she/her/they) is an authenticity intimacy coach, tantric bodyworker whose mission in life is to bring folks out of their minds and into their hearts and bodies. Her quest for self empowerment has led her to break free from the old paradigm of running her parents business in China (super in the closet) to move to SF and dive deep in her sexual healing and authentically aligned path. The past 3 years of intensively studying Orgasmic Meditation and learning from internationally renown tantra teachers like Sofia Sundari (Priestess School) and Eugene Hedlund (School of Tribal Tantra) has given her the gift of learning about presence and pleasure as a birthright. She is dedicated to creating safe immersive experiences for queer asian women to feel empowered in their totality. "All we need is permission to BE." [masked] Www.tiffanylin.co IG: @tiffrexrei
