This group is for people in the community to learn the science of their breath. I studied in Thailand for 2 years in the ancient practice of pranayama and breathwork. I have been trained in the science of what your breath does to your physiology. The SOMA Center is a school to teach people how to control their autonomic nervous, system and awaken to their true potential. This group is to help bring knowledge and empowerment back to you so that you can start living your best life. When you change your breath you change your life.
