Energy Bagua is an easy to learn yet very powerful walking meditation. It is derived from ancient Taoist Chinese culture and philosophy. It was developed by Meditation Master Jin Bodhi as a practice for balancing Yin & Yang, and cultivating energy in your body and mind. Energy Bagua is the new approach to quickly replenish vital energy, boost the immune system and to improve your overall health.
Join us for this revitalizing meditation practice. You will receive instruction by certified meditation teachers. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Be prepared for an air-conditioned environment that may be cooler than outdoors.
