This group is for anyone who loves a mix of classical hatha yoga and standing flowing yoga. It includes asana, pranayama, meditation, mudras, mantras and finishes with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis but a reasonable level of general health is required. As a yoga therapist I am passionate about the healing power of yoga and I am trying to build a genuine yoga community to help take yoga off the mat and into everyday life.
