What we're about

A group to discuss social confidence particularly around being assertive. Sharing different experiences keeping the vibe of the group positive and friendly. Would love for it to be an interactive and open group for people to share their thoughts and experiences or you can just come to learn from others. I have spent years studying and training around such topics and I wanted other people from benefit from a collaborative knowledge based environment.

Discussion: Ways to build and sustain confidence

Toto's Wine Bar

£2.00

This will be a really relaxed friendly get together. This group will discuss topics such as people living authentically, boldly and independent of insecurities which society puts on us. I want the group to support developing true self-confidence, through value-based living, breaking down barriers to integrity, and living as real to yourself as possible. We focus on building the psychological mindset and community support that will help you get the most value out of every day, and every person you meet. This group will be delivered with a professional Confidence and Performance Coach in a small group setting, to keep things focused. The coach introduces topics, training, and advice - and members help each other to become stronger people, and to overcome personal life challenges. What do we focus on? Being assertive and understanding how one can do this by knowing their own boundaries and not crossing other boundaries in the process. Being assertive is commonly mixed up with being 'aggressive' or 'nagging' - lets gain some clarity on the huge differences. Confidence - discussing the day to day confidence issues people battle with and how to over come them. People pleasing and worried too much what other people think of you are common traits people struggle with. Topics such as these and many more are likely to be regularly discussed. Relationships and connections: How to find the partner you've always wanted and connect with them deeply. Learn how to make your family, friendships, and romantic relationships stronger, more fulfilling, and built on a solid foundation of honesty. And, avoid the pitfalls that cause many relationships to suffer and fail. Wealth and career: Creating a purposeful existence through your work, hobbies and daily activities. Building up a secure financial position by doing what you love without compromising your integrity. Will based in the side room of the pub - I'll book a table so ask the bar staff which table is booked under Angie. I have brown shoulder length hair and will most likely will have a pint in hand too. I'll be sat with my lap top at first so should be fairly easy to spot me. :) NB: Although relationships may be discussed in organised meet ups - please note this is not an arranged group for seeking romantic relationships. Please respect the boundaries of fellow members. Many thanks.
