The focus of this meetup group is to discuss Enterprise Knowledge Graphs, what they are, and how they are becoming a business necessity rather than just another data repository. As a pillar to advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) enterprise applications, Enterprise Knowledge Graphs provide the flexible and scalable architecture to meet ever-changing business needs.
As part of this meetup series, we will cover a variety of topics around Enterprise Knowledge Graphs with a heavy focus on the business case and their value to the business, as well as best practices and implementation considerations from both a business and technical perspective.
Our presenters are first-hand practitioners and representatives of organizations who have or are currently implementing Enterprise Knowledge Graphs.
In this meetup, Inter-American Development Bank’s Monica Hernandez will introduce the business case for leveraging an Enterprise Knowledge Graph to collect, integrate, identify, and recommend relevant articles and information to the Bank’s staff. Additionally, the presentation will discuss a Structured Data Service that allows the Bank to poll the Knowledge Graph and produce JSON-LD output for their public articles. These outputs can then be published on the Bank’s website to help improve Google recognition and SEO by recognizing specific elements of the article.
Additionally, members of the technical team will discuss the approach to implementing the solution and the tools used. Monica and the team will also share lessons learned throughout the process as well as best practices.
Join us prior to the start of the presentation for complimentary beer, wine, and catered hors d'oeuvres as you network with fellow practitioners and experts within the field.
