The purpose of this meetup is to help you discover a practice of yoga that can heal your body, calm the mind, and ultimately deeply connect you with your spirit. No experience is needed and all levels are welcome! In each class we will focus on a different theme and/or chakra to help take you deeper beyond the surface of the postures into the spiritual heart of the yogic experience. Ananda Yoga is a powerful yet gentle practice that's suitable for everyone - all ages, all body types. It's the perfect blend of spiritual upliftment and physical exhilaration.
