Spiritual Yoga
Starting in March Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:00pm at Ananda South Bay! Harmonize your body, mind and soul to go deep into the spirit of yoga in this weekly class. In a meditative approach that is both physically exhilarating and inwardly joyful, Paul will guide you with yoga postures, breath-work, and short meditations to release away tensions that create toxins in the physical and subtle body. In addition, you will find increased mental clarity, physical strength, flexibility, and a natural flow of energy. All levels of age and experience are welcome in a method that combines safe body alignment with inner exploration. With caring support, Paul respects your individual needs to build a fulfilling and sustainable practice to last a lifetime. You will leave feeling serene and revitalized! No prior experience required and first class is free. Wednesdays 6:30-8:00pm Instructor: Paul Fetler $15 per class Class packages available Paul has offered yoga classes weekly for over twelve years at the Ananda South Bay and has been serving as an instructor and meditation group leader at Ananda Los Angeles since its inception in 2007. Paul also regularly offers inspiring workshops that combine practical wisdom, storytelling, spiritually focused asana, and meditation. These carefully selected modalities work together to foster an uplifted spaciousness of body and mind to feel the joyful light within.

What we're about

Release tension, breath deeper, and expand your awareness of inner peace and joy with the ancient and ageless techniques of yoga and meditation. The purpose of this meetup is to help you discover a practice of yoga that can heal your body, calm the mind, and ultimately deeply connect you with your spirit. No experience is needed and all levels are welcome! In each class we will focus on a different theme and/or chakra to help take you deeper beyond the surface of the postures into the spiritual heart of the yogic experience. Ananda Yoga is a powerful yet gentle practice that's suitable for everyone - all ages, all body types. It's the perfect blend of spiritual upliftment and physical exhilaration.

Led by Paul Fetler, these classes will guide you to:

*Make the postures fit your body to practice with safety and confidence.

*Learn ancient and powerful meditation and pranayama (breath/energy work) techniques to feel deep inner peace and vitality.

*Experience those postures/techniques to explore your own spirituality in a supportive and non-dogmatic setting.
