Ancient Mythology of Yoga 3 Hour Workshop

“In religion, India is the only millionaire - the One land that all men desire to see, and having seen once, by even a glimpse, would not give that glimpse for all the shows of all the rest of the globe combined”-  Mark Twain

An epic journey begins this coming Saturday morning!
"Yoga's Ancient Myths" starting this coming Saturday October 5 and concluding  October 12 at Ananda Meditation Center on PCH. As in my previous workshops, this will be a two-part intensive 9:30am-12:30pm each session. You can attend one or both classes. The cost is $35 for one session or $60 for both.
I am deeply inspired and thrilled to finally share with you some of the timeless tales of Gods and Goddesses of ancient India combined with yogic techniques.

We will use the healing combination of yoga postures, breath-work, and meditation techniques will open a "vortex" of energy to explore spiritual qualities of various beloved deities. Intended as much more than just decoration in a yoga studio, they can guide us with focus to release obstacles and open to the hidden essence of our being.

I hope you can join us for one or both part in this otherworldly and fun adventure!
