Once a month Soul Care House will be offering a Saturday morning time of self-reflection in our barn out back. Equanimity Saturday is a time to take whatever you’ve been carrying, processing, wrestling with, and engage in various personal and introspective exercises designed to promote self-awareness, compassion, and resiliency. In the midst of the craziness of life, this is meant to be a peaceful and safe place to explore your emotional, psychological, and relational wellbeing. All of the exercises are individual (there are no group activities) and they may include things journaling prompts, artistic expression, mindfulness activities, compassion-based activities, and more. These mornings are open to anyone.
