The classes at Equilibrium Mindfulness are dedicated to providing a space away from our busy lives to experience the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation and to share this experience with like minded individuals.
Come join us to share and practice different mindfulness meditations, perhaps to strengthen a regular meditation practice or to try out mindfulness for the first time. No previous meditation experience is required.

Do you wonder whether you have the right balance with social media / Netflix / technology? How is it that apps and social media consume so much of our time and how do technology designers design applications that are hard to put down? Are there steps we can take to reclaim our time and ensure that we are using technology rather than technology using us?
This workshop explores the drive behind why we are becoming hooked on our phones and what we can do to reclaim a healthy tech-life balance. This Digital Detox workshop includes practical tips and strategies to implement change and introduces how simple mindfulness practices can be instrumental in bringing us the tech-life balance we are looking for.

This workshop is led by Alex La Via. Alex is studying for a Masters Degree in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen with a specific focus on mindfulness and its potential to help with digital addiction.
