The Public Works Meetup is a social gathering to discuss and demonstrate geospatial technologies for managing all things public works (water/wastewater, roads and streets, parks and grounds, solid waste, facilities, and traffic engineering).  We will cover the Public Works Consumer Off-the Shelf (COTS) Solution, primarily as part of the ArcGIS for Local Government Solution.  Public Works editors of all levels are welcome, from seasoned GIS professionals to those new to GIS.

At the meetups, you can:

Stay current with technology and promote best practices

Demonstrate your public works information system and share your experiences

Present an interesting concept or idea

Connect with other public works professionals

The meetings occur on a monthly basis at Esri's Headquarters in Redlands, CA and also streamed live for off-site members. From time to time we'll meet in other locations, like the convention center in San Diego during the annual user conference or other events. All Redlands meetups will be recorded and shared with the members.

We usually start each meeting by going over new ideas, software issues and new releases, then perform a demo, answer questions and leave some time for polls and open discussion.

To join, please provide your full name and answer a few questions.
